My roots are as much in the Lower Rhine area as they are in the educational opportunities of the 70’s in Germany – they allowed me to become a self-made woman and trailblazer, a straight shooter with a sense of humor and her heart in the right place.

I am a Best Ager, Corporate Conscientious Objector, Mentor, a tech-savvy international politics junkie.
I am also: a daughter, sister, proud godmother, devoted friend, a creative, Star Wars/Star Trek-inspired, a music lover and humanitarian.
The journey from apprentice to senior executive has been long, global transformation experiences have been rich and manyfold and have connected me to many different people, functions and communication needs around the world.
Common to all was that people wanted to be heard.
Values, personal backgrounds and experiences, sentiments, concerns and needs always play a role but rarely find a space in today’s corporate world.
The here and now on the world stage speaks its own clear language. The speed of technological change is breathtaking. VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) is real and lastly uncertainty is widespread and the hope that things will get back to “normal” has been diminished. More connection, solidarity, and being human are needed to “ride that bronco” together.
