Impact conversations are born out of lived experience and driven by a strong sense of pragmatism.
Change makers (Executives, Managers, Leaders, Humans) rarely have the chance - even less in these VUCA times - to reflect on their own role in transition times, but they are the core of the new, the different.
Primarily though executives have little time – and we get that.
Impact conversations are 45 minute sessions in dialogue format, virtual or in persona, focused on listening and feedback,
