Actually, this section should be called “Transitions” – and intellectually it is, because Perspectives-Ansichtssachen excludes no one.

Transitions are manifold and often a real emotional challenge.

Business and private life are not separate but influence each other and especially in German-speaking countries, but not only there, traditional (women’s) roles influence personal decisions and hinder the self-determined shaping of one’s own path.

The list of relevant topics is long and as unique as everybody’s personal story. True to the motto – it takes a village – a lifetime – Perspectives-Ansichtssachen is here, outside of the corporate environment to offer the beginning of an orientation journey, acting as a guide post or a simple place of rest. Based on the format of Impact Conversations, however not time but session based, are we developing a different point of view in the personal journey.
